Junior: In the early stage we discuss that we should do something because we recorded a compilation on together of some original material and we found that the three of us had a chemistry that was unique and we discussed it but because we are working on different projects and gigging and doing that the music thing individually and sometimes this is a dual even and it is very difficult for us to find the time and the importance to actually get together as a free.
It was suggested to us by a very special person that we should do this and with that encouragement we actually got together and formed the “Rat Pack.”
When we sing it’s both the jingles I like the way that we’ve arranged it you know you get to hear all three vocals of the Rat Pack and the crowd tends to go mad because we tend to get this kind of crusade that is happening with it. We get the lighter dominant tone of Cathy here and starts very gracefully and then Mr. Way Hamilton there takes over and then I tend to take the last verse and try to bring the track home and then we will join in together at the end.
Davis: We sing the songs at the right Pack where we probably sang on stage like you may find one night and this is one night Sammy maybe singing “I’ve got you Under my Skin” another night Sammy feels like it he maybe singing things on members of Dean Martin song vice versa.
However we just switch it around the corner and how we’re feeling the night. But now it’s not a case over to say one person is let’ say Frank Sinatra and he is just singing Frank Sinatra songs tonight and you have a Dean Martin and you’re just singing no we kind of move it around and keep it interesting and couldn’t how we feeling the night which makes it natural and genuine. We are now actually trying to be Dean Martin we are not trying to be Frank Sinatra, we’re not trying to be anyone but ourselves eventually to Sammy, Davis, Junior.
Sammy: This is some kind of a connection between the three of us and I remember on stage I guess we kind of join together almost one and we feed up each other so if Sammy does something, Davis does something, Junior does something.
Davis: That’s one.
Sammy: We are one.
Davis: When we are on stage as the Rat Pack the crowd goes mad. It is unusual to see three guys with hats on the stage off color, singing the style of music and that makes us unique. It’s a great energy birth and we try to make sure that the crowd feels us as individuals and collectively as one and that kind of I feel is typical of what the Rat Pack is all about.
Our wedding coming up in Sicily and it’s a fantastic location with where they filmed the “Godfather.” So we’re looking forward to that just flying out there and barely taking the place out because we had such a great place.
Junior: A wedding date is so special. You need to know that you bought the right kind of entertainment. The kind of entertainment that respects that, that is going to be a day that you will remember for the rest of you life.
