The Health Benefits of Beer
Travis: We have all heard the term an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but what if I told you that beer, one beer a day could help keep the doctor away. So, some studies revealed that beer can produce the same benefits as wine.
Jim: And one of those benefits of it is actually con boost your vitamin B6 levels and a B6 actually helps reduce homocysteine which is linked to heart disease. So basically for men, the study was in men but two drinks a day will reduce your risk of stroke and heart disease by 30 to 40%.

Travis: Even more so with dark beer.
Andrew: Another study has shown that the antioxidants in beer particularly dark beer maybe good for good prostate health to prevent prostate cancer and prostate enlargement.
Travis: Cheers to that.
Lisa: And ladies even though I'm not a beer drinker, dark beer is very good for bone growth. If you are going to start to have problems with osteoporosis or bone loss, this can actually, the silicon and dark beer can actually help you increase bone mineralization. So, in moderation again because one glass.
Jim: Cheers to your bones.
