Manager: Sauce of the ginger.
Male: Ginger sauce okay. And those are?
Manager: Grass mushroom.
Male: Spring onions. And the rest—
Manager: So these every time they clean the wok before they do it again.
Male: So just a tiny little bit oil.
Manager: The oil make the wok with some oil.
Male: And then everything back in for a quick fry.
So a little bit salt and sugar, a little bit of vinegar.
Manager: Sesame.
Male: Sesame oil, okay.
Manager: Mix together.
Male: And we go to plate.
Manager: We can stand away as you feel the temperature is—
Male: The color on that is really vibrant.
Manager: The color is very vibrant.
Male: Really vibrant.

Male: Is that Gingko?
Manager: Yeah Gingko.
Male: That’s really nice, really good mix of flavor and yet each piece pertains its original flavor. Nothing overpowering really good combination.
