This next agility drill is called the hurdle shuffle.
You can use any type of equipment. We have got sticks, hurdles, cones, masking tape will work as well.
So when you are moving through this, you want to pause in the outside and go quick through the middle. Quick, pause, quick, pause, quick, pause. If you lose your hurdle, do not worry about it, just correct it and try it again. Quick, pause, quick, pause, quick, pause.
