Thanks for checking out FixMyRecipe.com. I’m Chef Billy Parisi. And our new fix goes to Joan from, she also didn’t tell us, which is ok. She submitted a recipe for meatballs and she’s coming up with golf balls. Don’t worry Joan. I’ve got an awesome fix with excellent flavors that you’re absolutely going to love.
Joan, the first thing we’re going to do is sauté off these garlic and sweet onions, so the bite isn’t so bad when we’re biting into that meatball. While our onion and garlic are sautéing, now we’re simply going to mix all our ingredients together. Better have some clean hands while doing this.
First of all, one stick of whole soft butter to make sure these things are nice and juicy, some ground pork, ground beef, Panko crumbs, parsley, some parmesan cheese, and because I want to taste a little more flavor, I’m going to add some fresh rosemary, two eggs, and we’re going to mix these together. And at that time, our onion and garlic should be done, so we’re going to add that right in. And don’t forget to season to taste with salt and pepper.
Oh, yeah, got to get this ready. You know what? What’s with this music? We’re making meatballs. I got to hear some of that Italian music so let’s change it up a little bit, huh?
I can tell just by folding this in, we’re going to need a little more Panko bread crumbs to make sure these are perfect and not so loose.
Alright Joan now comes the final part. We’re going to roll them into little balls, set them aside, then we’re going in a skillet in a little bit of oil, cook them until they’re perfect golden brown. Next we’re going in the oven on 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes and finish these off.
Oh man, how good do these look. Joan, if you’re not Italian, you are now. Use this recipe. It’s so juicy. You won’t have any more golf balls because these are absolutely incredible.
Once again thank you so much Joan for writing in. Be sure to come back tomorrow and see our new featured fix of the day.
