Hello! And welcome to the Knee Pain Guru and Knee Pain Questions Answered, and this week I have question from Tina Marie. Tina and I have been corresponding with a lot of emails lately. We had some difficulties getting her the e-book and some difficulties understanding the website and I appreciate those emails, because we are getting things cleared up, as far the experience when you log on to the website, and to know exactly where there are some places are a little fuzzy. Anyhow, back to Tina's question.
I saw your website and I hope you can help me to have a normal life. It was not bad until my last knee dislocation on December 5th, 2008. I was doing gymnastics and sports since I was a teenager, but I walked without worrying about my knee popping up. Now I am in pain and I am doing the exercises, the PT gave me. But like you said, it is only strengthening muscles around the knees, not the ligaments and the tendons that are stretched. I fended a physical therapy when the test they see, where there were stretched at. Have a nice day, if this works, I will buy you dinner at the most expensive restaurant in your area. Promise!
As far as the most expensive dinner at a restaurant in my area, I will certainly take you up on that, I'd love to see the exercises work. That's a huge part that needs to be looked at, especially for anyone that has a loose patella, their knee feel sloppy, meaning sloppy like it slides back and forth, side-to-side, it doesn't feel confident when you walk as well as if the knee pops out. That's a function of the tendons and ligaments within the knee joint itself.
