This is James Bird, Professional Life Coach, I want to take a moment and answer some questions that I frequently get. These questions are about the law of attraction and the secret.
And some of the ideas of the law of attraction is, if you give all your focus to something, it tends to happen in your life. I agree that, that is what usually happens, unfortunately, a major obstacle for people is that they focus on ideas like I am tired of not achieving my dreams. When you focus on this as your goal, you are only going to get more of not achieving your dreams.
A better start would be to focus on something small you want and can make happen in your life right now. Then with all the focus, go out and make it happen. Like I said, I think there is a lot of trick to the idea of what you focused on is what happens in your life.
I think the secret did get a lot to get people excited about creating change in their life unfortunately, it leaves at a how to? Many people have watched it but have been left wondering how to implement. So many people have turned a life coaching for their implementation, I like that approach, but of course some of them biased.
