Welcome to my dad shop. I’m Kitty, this is my dad Jackie. We’re the number one barbecue house. We’re located at 153 Bangley Street, Camzey in Sydney. Why don’t you join my dad and I in a tour of our shop.
This is my mom. This is my aunt, my mom’s youngest sister and she works here more often than my mom does because my mom is lazy. So dad has to work out in the front because he’s the only one who can chop really fast when we get really busy.
My dad likes to work at the front but he also likes to work at the back.
So we sell about a hundred kilos of barbecue pork each day and about 200 to 300 roast ducks today as well in average. We can roast about 20 ducks in each oven.
They just put the ducks in the boiling water then we clean it, then we let it dry up there before we roast it in the oven, and put some glaze on it and that’s done.
So, we’ve got some roast duck, some roast pork, barbecue pork platter, and takeaway as well.
