Interviewer: So what is Thanksgiving mean in your home?
Male 1: Cowboy breakfast is done by the creek, a lot of horse riding, some shooting of
guns.
Female 1: So me, personally me a lot of family and a lot of food.
Male 1: We gather with my side of the family and get that out of the way for the whole
year.
Male 2: Thanksgiving for us is a annual trip of friends.
Female 1: As his family that necessarily do the traditional Thanksgiving.
Male 2: You can find church again friends.
Female 2: And when you walking to the ramps there is four pictures on the top above where
you check in right at the dining room.
Female 3: Even though we were 33 when we had ----- when till that point we haven’t really
been fully adults and you know, but then we have the kid and then all of the
people come to us.
Female 2: George Bush the first, George Bush the second, Reagan and the Pope are the great
US at your to the ranch.
Male 3: All of Thanksgiving is going to be kind a different because in the last year my
wife is---- will she’s gone with to the dark side she’s kind of a vegetarian.
Female 1; I have the certain thing that I eat every Thanksgiving so, to talk about maybe a
Mexican.
Male 3: Alright, why do you stop until 40? Can you talk about that?
Female 3: And I like that, I have that experience at our house. That said, Thanksgiving not
amidst they we’re holiday.
Male 3: I’m sure you can do a sort of things with a different view, you are going to bake a
turkey sandwiches.
Male 4: Sometimes you could just tired of it with turkey and turkey and dressing every
year, I mean because is not like on that day you just eat turkey and that’s it.
Female 3: It’s sounds between the holiday and that’s all about candy, and it’s holiday that’s
all about toys.
Male 4: Turkey the next days then you take it---- then you follow I have to use the ham
from breakfast.
Female 3: And when we have a holiday that’s all about foodie doesn’t like. I don’t know
that’s no really appeal there.
Female 2: My parents came to the ranch once.
Female 3: It’s not a turkey fun, not a sweet potato fan, not a stuffing fan.
Male 1: For us thanksgiving is just---- we go to this place, we hang out with each other,
and we try not to kill each other.
Female 2: We bring on an alcohol.
Male 1: And then we eat.
