sorry doc but your wrong,, im a 41 yr old male and my sex drive is the same as when i was 18,, I am constantly in the mood, and takes me about an hr or so to ejaculate during sex,,some times up to 3 hrs,, drives my gf nuts,, she is 40 and has very little sex drive,, we are both in good shape and no health issues... and have no erection issues what so ever...

I'm a 45 year old woman and honestly sex is like nowhere near as enjoyable as it was when I was in my twenties, I don't believe this study is accurate, unless the subjects are all nymphos.

Having a strong libido when your least attractive in your life must really suck, besides, me and my girlfriend have sex every day and she's 19, I don't see any point in needing more libido. ?????. Who ever came up with this study must really hate women and wants to make them feel frustrated I guess.

A lot of people are interested because the sex drive for men and women is really different. At 40, sex drive for men is going down, where it is going up for women. Men usually at age 40 are interesting in sex about once a week, sex takes about less than a half hour on an average. So men need to be an excellent, physical condition, they need to have no health problems or to be able to control their health problems. They need to eat the right diets and that means you don’t eat before sex or drink or smoke anything. You want to be alert; you want to enjoy the experience and so with a 40 year old partner. You need to accept the fact that it may take a little bit longer for him to get an erection and to be able to keep it.
