The One Minute Meditation: Super Fast Relaxation

Benjamin: Hi, I am Benjamin of PeacefulProsperity.com and today we are going to be covering the one-minute meditation. Now, as the name implies it is takes along one minute. It is so very quick and easy meditation. Something that I am being playing with a little bit to kind of help me improve my practice, take my practice a little bit for the but primarily I can up with it just making easy way for anybody to get involve with meditation.
If you have not meditate before often times you hear the stories about people, it may even doing 20 minutes it seem they like when I first got started. Now, weekly at least I do 45 minutes and there are been times right now up two an hour and half. The way Gwen more has meditated the right time for up to six and half hours so there are some pretty incredible stories out there is going of--link with meditation it goes on at least 16 so it mean. To get started you really do not need to do anything that intense you just need to take a little time and take that time to focus on a little bit live yourself to relax.
Now, our tool for this we are going to use the stopwatch we need to keep our eyes open. Now, you actually close your eyes. You have something like some sort of watch your stopwatch. You can sit for a minute and let that go and that has to be for go off in the end of the meeting, you can do that way as to close on. With this I develop not open eye method and throughout it could be easy as well.
What you are going to do is get yourself in the nice comfortable space. Well, while soft and relax, go ahead and make a couple of deep breath and have your stopwatch reset to zero. Now, what you are going to do when you start your stopwatch is you just going to relax and focus in the inner sensation of your body while keeping your eyes deep focus and watching the stopwatch. Here we go. Begin, while those eyes to be focus you will keep all of this in your awareness, which you are going to relax, relax your vision, breathing.

You know it is only just over a minute there. What I am doing here is again keeping the vision deep focus and relaxes and it allows me to turn the awareness and it is like focus vision is very good for concentrating of things external and you can definitely meditate that way as well, it is not just work covering your day. We deep focus your vision. Allows you to focus much more on what is coming up inside.
Now, you can this virtually anywhere guys, it is only a minute so carry your stopwatch with you and you can do this several times a day that is what I have been working to do with. I audition where my regular meditation is do a couple of one minute meditation throughout the day. However, you can start your meditation practice just like this during one minute a day. Do one minute or few different times a day if you like if you want to build get consistent with it.
Do that for 21 to 30 days. You have the habit nice and grant and then you can start to build up the intensity. Once you have the consistency in place already you can begin to take it to two minutes, three minutes, five minutes, ten minutes, wherever you want to go from there. Of course, you can start incorporating whatever variety of meditations you like. The important things are you do get started get consistent with the practice and you do not play with it, have fun, it is one minute. I do not know it made easier than this but it can.
