Visualize, practice visualization techniques. Close your eyes and see yourself as a slim person wearing a particular outfit. Now imagine it so fiercely that you can actually feel you are that super-slim, sexy you. Taste it, smell it, feel those lovely clothes on your body. Feel; how good it is to move freely without clothes being tight and awkward, without all that extra weight to carry around. Do this at least once a day.

If you're thinking about how unhappy you are at your current weight and seeing a picture of the big you, then you're actually sabotaging your goal. Instead of imagining what it is you don’t want, start to imagine all the time what it is that you do want. Change the picture and the feelings that go around it into one of success. How do you look once the goal is achieved? How do you feel? What are people saying to you? Now you are bringing the power of visualization online. And just like the sportsmen and women who use this technique, your performance will be massively enhanced.
