For the fitness band is the item you can find them in any fitness store. You can bring this band to the office, you can bring it on the road, or you can even do the workouts at home, so the first exercise is squat and press, its a great full body workout they can do all one movement, you squat and push off, squeeze and push up so our next exercise is a full body movement, the lunge and bicep curl, so you are going to lunge come up curl your hands to your shoulder to work in your legs your lower body and your biceps at the same time.
Our next exercise is the shoulder lateral raise, simply have your knees bend and raise your hands right to the side, this is work in your upper body and your shoulders.
So our next move is the Row, simply have a seat on the ground back up straight like leg extended out, wrap your resistant band around your feet and simply pull just like this, this working your arms and your back.
