Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. You know why these things are called energy blasts, it is because it is going to give you so much energy you are going to want to keep moving all day.
Today we are going to do a really cool African move called the shake, so join us and get up off that couch, come on. If your mom is around, ask her to join in, or your brother or sister. Anyone.
If you are watching us carefully, we are low and we are using our quads. African moves are great because it builds those muscles so we are going to add the shake. It is a little tricky so just be patient with yourself. Here we go. You are shaking it. The bottom half of your body, you might feel your stomach going but that is okay.
Remember it takes a long time to get really great at something so be patient. Remember athletes who are striving to be their best work hard and they stick to it. That is what you have got to do. Keep shaking. Good. Looking good. Keep breathing. Can you go a little lower? You got it. Remember exercise everyday. Do it with your friends and have a blast.
