Speaker: Okay, here is a plain glass and it is not as hard as people think, although I have seen people make a big mess trying to do this. So you always want to tilt your glass like this, and bring the tap all the way forward, like that. You can just drain it out a little bit. There you go, and you always want to have enough head on the top, so it doesn’t looks flat, but not so much that you're ripping people off, because it is all carbonation, so, okay perfect beer.
Alright, pouring Guinness is a little different. Instead of tilting it like that, it will make the Guinness falls, so pour all the way till about three quarters of the glass, just let it sit for about 90 seconds, till whenever it starts to fall. And then, I usually push this backwards, but as long as the pressure is a little less than when you first did it, There you go, then you let it settle, and you will get perfect head on that too.
