You need a quarter and you need a pen or market. Let me just first get this right.
Now, you are going to place the quarter in the middle of your left hand palm or whichever hand you are comfortable with, and you are going to hold the pen with your index, middle finger and thumb. See I have a little space right here. See that space right here, between the third finger and the pinky?
Now what are you going to do is, with the top, you are going to strike the coin in count one, two. On the third strike, what you are going to do is, you are going to bring this hand forward parallel with coin in your palm, just like that, and you are going to throw the coin up. When you throw it up, you are going to catch it between that space, right here. You are going to catch it and at the same time, you are going to just strike again and count three.
So, you are going to one, two, bring this hand as parallel with the coin, throw it up. Throw it up, catch it and then strike three.
So, it is one, two, throw it up, catch, three.
