Obviously, this person does not know the true purpose of yoga, if he did, he would not waste his time talking about this. If you want to be strong, from the inside out, do yoga and don't listen to this man who, IS EMPTY and focuses on the "outside" of things.

why would anyone take advice from a guy who looks like that? follow his advice if you'd like to look fat, bulky & stocky.

wow, lets see you do some pilates. i've been doing it for a while now and have seen excellent results. its not all about breathing and 'rollin around on a ball'. please inform yourself before knocking something down, or else you come across as ignorant and judgmental. i recommend you trying some pilates.

Regarding "The Myth About Yoga and Toning your body", it's obvious that you've never done an advanced yoga practice. We yogi's are not "pissed-off&quo t; about your view, we're just laughing at you! Some of the best bodies, male and female, belong to people who practice intense forms of yoga. Granted, there are more relaxed yoga practices and they will not get you in great physical shape. But try an Ashtanga yoga class. We'll wait for you to catch up, catch your breath, and look as good as us! :) Namaste.

I bet this guy has never done Yoga. Let him try it and probe us wrong... He is just talking out of his ignorance about the dicipline of Yoga and Pilates. I feel sorry for the people that pay ghis guy to train them. Such a moron.

Unfortunately, you are very misinformed about yoga. The toning aspect of yoga comes into play when the practitioner is resisting their own body weight while in a position. You certainly cannot build bulk-body builder-muscle by practicing yoga, however, toning is definitely 100% acheived with a routine yoga practice.

For someone like you, with abnormally large muscles, light to intermediate yoga is recommended by the best trainers to stretch out tight muscles to reduce injury risk. It is part of a well-rounded fitness routine. As far as advanced yoga and pilates go, you, in all seriousness, have no idea what you're talking about. Have you ever actually TAKEN one of these classes? If you did haha, you would immediately retract everything you just said.
