The Six Flags and Museum Park Georgia is a world class theme park with more than a 100 rides including thrilling coasters like the superman ultimate flight. This great amusement park offers fun for the entire family. The park provides enough distractions for a day or even the whole weekend.
The Atlanta Zoo, it has become well known for natural habitats for providing social structures similar to those found in the wild and for breeding successors. Atlanta Botanical Garden, the urban and non-profit garden since adjacent to Piedmont Park in Midtown. It offers 30 acres of unmatched beauty in the heart of Atlanta featuring breathtaking gardens, woodlands and more.
Turner Fields, this brick and limestone Ball Park was built for the 1996 Olympic Games and then revamped as Turner Field. The park, home of the Atlanta Braves with its modern facilities and plenty of extras including interactive games, restaurants, a gift shop and the Hall of Fame Museum with Hunk of Iron memorabilia and other historical exhibits.
If baseball is not your thing, check out the Georgia Dome home to the NFL Falcons, host not only home game but huge events like the Super bowl and Final Four and don’t forget to check out the Philips Arena which sits alongside the CNN center.
The arena serves home to the Hulks and Thrashers and welcomes big name concerts and big ticket advance as well.
And if you’re into shopping you’ve got to check Atlantic Square one of Atlanta’s favorite shopping destinations. This up skill mall goes wide, well lit corridors and some of the nations most well known retailers.
Centennial Olympic Park, created for the 1996 Olympics, this park is an attractive urban retreat with grassy picnic spots, great views of downtown and plenty of activities.
