Jo Won: my name is Jo Won, I am a manager here at Monsoon Café. Third street Pumba in Santa Monica. It is probably one of the most popular patties and restaurants in Santa Monica, it is very cool vibrant young kid restaurant. It is probably the No. 1 happy hour in Santa Monica.
