All right, this a lot braises and static act a year ago but to get this bake build, its started Tuesday night. We had to go to get stone from the local gravel bits. Organize the stone, bring it here. We also got the wood. All the woods from the local vendor and put it on trellis.
Thursday night, we come here, we build this bake. Just built with a layer of stone, layer of wood, layer of stone, layer wood or layer of stone that is how we build the bake. We build it tonight’s before the fire and 9 o’clock this morning we lit the fire. It burn to 20 minutes after 11. All the wood mostly burned down. While that is going on there is a tool for precaution to plan has to come on. Peeling onions, cutting fish, getting ready the sausage, hotdogs. There is a whole crew behind us and about 11:30 we pull the fire a pack try to get all the wood out of it which setting will be here as you can see.
Then we put the seaweed on at that point we do not want to pull the rocks, they are hot. We do not want to move the heat and seaweed on top. Approximately a dump track is dumping the seaweed on top. Spread it out even and then we have to take the time to get 8 x 12 bake so we have to put a ramp just right that something that fits on it. It takes a few minutes. We put it all. It is basically, put it on the plants, the plants go on the bottom and the act plant go through the third layer. Sausage goes on top of the plant, just like the rest at least it goes through and then basically everything goes on. It goes on above that, all the way up the last thing on there it just went on.
We cover it with some new white linen and previous to that the canvas is went down so they would not burn. We try it to get it cover as quick as we can. The canvas, because once it gets steam they will be to burn. We do not get it covered. It is started to get smoked.
Basically, there it is at that stage. We are going to cook it for an hour and half and we will check it to make sure it is ready and that is the end of the process. We basically, pull everything off, I will go to get spoon and to get serve people. Well that is what—it is just about to be my life and I am going to repeat it next year. Anyway, we try to bring in every year. We are going to bring fresh blood and they learn this thing will go on and as getting older as Bob is the bakemaster in many, many years and it is pass to late now. We finally gave it up, if my cousins try to come over for many years and he is giving it up to each now and now I fill it done everything.
