And also I wanted to give a shout out to Patricia at the pollfactory.com, it's really awesome concepts. It kind of mixes pole dancing with working out. So it's pretty interesting, check it out, and we really want to do a show with them, so hopefully soon you will see them here. I just wanted to say hi to all my great friends, and also I want to say hi to all of you out there. I want to thank you you so much, for all the comments, and all the e-mails that you have been sending us, jenyy@bridesmadefit.com, if you didn't know, because a lot of shows are inspired by you, the viewer, including this one. We are in the kitchen because Ameena1685 from YouTube, sent me a message and said, hey, do you have any parameters or any guidelines for some healthier grocery shopping, because he checked out the Pancake episode, which has been becoming a little bit more popular now, it's like springing up, so we haven't checked it out, we have it on the blog pancake, a protein pancake recipe.
But people like that sort of thing with the nutrition out there, that's what you guys are telling us. So we want to incorporate a little bit more into it in the Brides Made Fit podcast. So this is strictly a guide to grocery shopping, healthier guide to grocery shopping, just for like the plain old average person out there. Someone working a 9-5 job, who has got to pick the kids up from day care, who is constantly running around. So these are just some better choices for you that you can buy at the grocery store and that will help you incorporate more healthy foods into your diet, while it's still tasting great.
So we can get started, but first, wait a minute, I need food, so we have got to go to the grocery store. Follow me.
Okay, we are back from grocery shopping and I got to tell you I can t stay in grocery shopping because of the people and I want one thing and it's over here, and then I want another and it's over there, but you know we are back, we survived. But the biggest thing – I think there is a big problem with people is that, it's the prep time and then also it's portion control. So we are going to start, I separate everything, I have the meats over here, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, because we know we can't enough of those. I choose meats, all of these right here and including all eggs, egg whites are very lean and they are very low in fat. And the reason why I choose the rest of the meats, like I have lean ground beef, I have lean ground turkey, it also comes in extra lean in different brands at various different stores, and also lean turkey meat or lunch meat.
And these are convenient things to do to prep, and also they don't contain a lot of the bad stuff. So this is what I am recommending for you to have. And now, along with these you can have for dinner, lunch whatever, we have the Tuna also the chicken, and the awesome thing is now a lot of people know about the chicken. They also come in salmon and everything like that, because my fiancée, I could only get him to eat a healthy lunch. He was always going out or whatever, someone like – you know what try this and what this is, is this chunked chicken, it's just like tuna. But I a
