Honey, fruit, berries and blending?? This should have been called, one simple way to boost you blood sugar. Certainly carbohydrates are terrible for long term energy as when your blood sugar is burnt up you are left lethargic and hungry. Reduce fructose and glucose to a minium, eat plenty of leafy greens with a mixture of fatty fish and meat, nuts are ok, especially high fat almonds and walnuts. After a few months you will have lost weight, never gone hungry, and if you inadvertently miss a meal, you won't crave food like people on high carb diets do. Leafy salads require minimal prep, and you can buy cooked joints and chickens from the supermarket ready to eat. Healthy food, minimal prep, sustained energy from natural fat, high nutritional density from the proteins and salads. Also if you completely avoid carbs (your body produces carbs if needed), you can expect to loose between 15-20kg of body fat per year.
