This video is a total waste of time since Dr. Kufner did not give any information about or examples of the "exercises" ; he would recommend, nor did he tell the viewer where to find more information about his exercise program. Most of the time was spent on the Cover Girl ad, the question and his empathizing with the problem, not on solutions.

Harold: Hi, my name is Harold. I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I just got a new job where I have to remember clients' names and I am terrible at remembering names. Are there are any ways I can improve on it? Gerald Kufner: Harold, this is really a common problem and it is also perceived to be rude if you don't remember the name of somebody. So, yes, absolutely, you can do brain exercises specifically tailored for that problem though.
