Next one is cross sell. This is how you make that million dollar a year with your database. You don't have to have all the products. Find other people's products. We have got 90 people here sitting in the room and all of them want to get in the business and some of you have -- I haven't talk to everybody obviously, but what if you have some excellent ideas on products and already have products. So you have still couple more days to talk to people, do those joint ventures. Make some money right away.
Generate leads through referrals. Everywhere you go, at seminars, I am sure -- I know, I attend seminars all the time, so I know, I have seen some of you around seminars. Everywhere you go, ask for referrals for potential business partners, for potential joint venture partners, for people who have products that might work with yours and that's what you sell through your database.
Find new affiliates in your database. See right now, after you attended this training, you all are now an affiliate of our company, of our speaking system. Now as you know, we are changing everything for next year, but still, our affiliate program is that you get paid 25% of every sale you send to us. So if you send us a $5000 sell, you are making $1250. Now that's not the 30 cent affiliate programs that you get on the internet. This is a serious affiliate program.
You can make a lot of money. We have people sending us people all the time. All they have to do is go to their toastmasters or you know if they have a group of people that are business people. They send them to us. We pay them 1250 bucks for each sale. So go to your database because those are going to be your best people to promote you.
See we actually don't have -- our affiliate program is not opened to other people. We are, this is the privilege for you, as you came to us as a student. We are allowing you to be our ambassador out there and promote our training because we know that when you talk about this training, you are going to have so many good things to say that people will trust you and they will come and they will buy, that's worth it to us, to close our affiliate program just to our alumni but it's a lot more profitable for us.
So you can decide how you want to have your affiliate program but it's a great way to get money and to get new clients and to get more money out of your database.
