Now, some photos do not need any captions. They are slightly used toilet rolls, but on the bottom it says they are still in good condition. So I must be okay, right? By the way, things like this, I have what I call it my $50,000 resource bank. Some people call it swipe file; I don't want to call it that, because to me, it's a bank. I swipe or I collect a lot of different pictures and I will show in a minute, I will pass around cards that I make.
I collect all kinds of different pieces of pictures, everything I can find that really worked, good sales letters and to me, I know that now, if I create a campaign using that resource bank, I will make at least $50,000 on that campaign. So I call it my $50,000 marketing resource bank. You can call it whatever you want, but you need to have one.
Start collecting things that you can use in marketing. See, now I look at it, every picture I see, I am thinking what kind of headline can I put under that? I mean that's how I work. That's how I live. To me, everything is marketing. So let me kind of do the time out here. If you are sitting here saying, "Okay, well now I am going to learn these marketing strategies. I came here to be a speaker". Here is what I want to tell you. I have learned this by talking to a lot of different promoters, a lot of different top speakers that -- names you would know, and this is the consensus.
You can outsource management of your company. You can outsource the accounting, you can outsource even the product creation and we have learned here some ways to do that right? What you cannot outsource is the vision that you have for your company. You cannot outsource for somebody to create the business model that's going to take you to where you want to be, to that dream lifestyle because nobody is going to love or care about your life and your business the way you do. Therefore, your number one job is not to provide information or to create another product. Your number one job is to market yourself as a speaker or information provider.
You are a marketer. So when you put that hat on, things kind of start looking a little different because you realize that a lot of things you might be doing right now are not the best use of your time. You are a marketer, no matter what topic you have, no matter what product, whether you want to be a speaker on a platform every week or whether you want to be sitting on the internet selling products through the internet, doesn't matter, you are a marketer. So put that in your head, put that hat on and keep it on because that's what's going to make you successful.
