Hey, just stopping by. I’m Chef Billy Parisi. You’re watching fixmyrecipe.com. Our fix goes Haidee all the way from Guatemala. Submitted a recipe fix to me for some Tiramisu. Don’t worry. I’m going hook this up. And you all other people that have sending in fixes for an alcohol free Tiramisu. I’m still working on it. I haven’t forgotten you. But for now we’ve got the old grill fashion classic Tiramisu.
Haidee, the first thing we need to do is beat these egg whites to stiff peaks. We’re going to set it aside, wash that bull out real good. Put it back in a kitchenette and we’re going to mix together this master cheese, those egg yolks and sugar.
You want to beat that egg sugar master cheese, mixture to it as really nice and floppy and some yellow and color. When it is done, we are going to simply fold into our egg whites. At this point, we’re going to set aside that mixture and we are going to put some frangelico and Kailua into our espresso. We’re going to dip both sides of those lady fingers. Put them in our pan. Next, we’re going to pour that mixture right over top and we’re going to do the same thing with the lady fingers on the bottom. We’re going to do the same thing with the top.
Alright at this point, we’re simply going to wrap it in some cellophane. We’re going in the cooler. Make sure it is completely cool. We’re going to take it out, slice it and you know I’m eating some.
