Stephen: Right, Hope you can definitely get start with the home gym for $100 without a doubt. I put my mat down in the middle and then depending on if it's a DVD I use my computer I don't have a DVD player in my room. Well lot of times I'll watch videos on to band, and I'll do just the work out alone in my room, then I have it our 4 essential pieces of equipment to create a very own gym at home, the exercise the ball then.

Sarah: Adjustable weights and also and exercise mat and lucky get the mat Pilates what ever.
Stephen: And then you can also add in the medicine ball you want to get a little crazy.
