Hi, I’m Lorenzo Caccialanza. I’m one of the partners of Café Med on Sunset and I manage the restaurant, bonjourno!

Café Med has been here for 18 years. We try to recapture the feeling of a European café, French café and Italian café, and the fact that you feel like “oh, I’m somewhere at home.” In the summer we get a lot of tourists and a lot of Italians and when they go “My God, your pizza as good as it is in the best place as in Italy.” That makes me happy. We make here some of our pastas but also we make something very unusual, it was like thaliu linea curry with gamberoni, with prawn.

Too much change its contrary for the feeling of home, so I think that’s our challenge, to keep moving then at the same time maintain the same feeling.
