The most widely spoken language is Africans with its largely Mediterranean Climate many crops are harvested as well as much of South Africa's wine. Cape Town is the center of the South African wine industry with the cool Atlantic winds affecting the areas grapes. Ostrich racing is popular; visitors can race ostriches by riding on their backs. The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Complex offers various sites for tourists and residents alike.
