Okay, this video is to show you now how to use the Google Alerts that you've created to end up building links into your site and into your other properties, external links. So, you have created your Squidoo Lenses, you have created your HubPages, you have posted articles to article directories. You have these pages now linking into both your Main Page, your home page and your silos and your deep pages like your article pages or product pages of your site. And now, the job is to boost the value of those links going into your site from Squidoo, HubPages and these external articles by building links into those properties. So, everything is going to channel forward and we will refer to the diagram I showed you in one of the first videos, one second.
So, if you remember this diagram, these are your HubPages, your Squidoo Lenses and your articles that have been distributed around the Internet, all going into different pages of your site. So here, you will recall you have your Main Page of Squidoo, your POD pages of Squidoo, the articles on Squidoo and all these things are feeding in. So, these are the little E circles that you see over there are these links coming in.
Now, the idea is that these links coming in to your pages on your site, now need to get increase the value by having links coming into them. So, you've got this content up and you got these links going in but those links are going to be like PR0, PR1 and the benefit of doing these pages on Squidoo and doing them on HubPages is that you will automatically get overtime an increase in PR score on them because of the nature of Squidoo and HubPages where every time a Hubpage is displayed or Squidoo Lens is displayed, it also displays other similar pages which I am going to show you right now.
So, here I am at hubpages.com and I just did a search for hair removal and as you can see here, there are a lot of Hubpages that have been created by Hubpage members talking about hair removal. I am just going to click on the first one here just for illustrative purposes. So, here is somebody's page on hair removal and if you look at these links, they go to different pages. Some of them go to Wikipedia pages and I am not sure why that is necessary but this link here goes to a site called about permanentlaserhairremoval.com, which I am assuming is this person's site or may be they are just linking there for a reference purposes.
But what I wanted to show you is that these pages always have this little Related Hubs and it has links to other Hubs, other Hubpages on HubPages and these are not by same guy necessary, it usually not. So, there might be somebody else who wrote a page on male body shaving and because somebody is on this page, HubPages by default is going to show links to other articles on HubPages. Because of these links automatically showing up from this page to that page and they are all theme relevant then this page on Hair Removal Treatment is going to get a boost from the link from this page. So, that's one of the benefits and the same thing happens on Squidoo and that's the benefit of creating your external content pages on services like HubPages and Squidoo. You automatically are going to get an increase Page Rank Score overtime as you create more and more content and more and more other people's pages are going to be linking to your pages because they are all theme relevant. So, we are going to pick this up in the next video.
