Tortilla Pizza

Tortilla Pizza Yesterday I made my delicious fajita skewers as well I'm going to use the extras to make an incredible crispy tortilla pizza and can I tell you it is super simple. To begin place two flower tortillas on a baking sheet then slice two roman tomatoes, and place them on top of your tortillas. Divide the extra beef and vegetables from the fajita—equally over your two pizzas. Now if you don’t have flour tortillas you can certainly use corn. Sprinkle on half of a cup of shredded jack cheese or substitute with your favorite kind. Then place them into a 375 degree oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown which is about eight to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve. These are fantastic and I only spent a dollar for the extra ingredients and that is what I call a money saving meal.
