[Music Playing] Arnel: Hey! What is going on? My name is Arnel from Beyond Six Pack Abs. I got the man here, Zac Even-Esh. Go ahead, introduce yourself? Zac: Yes! Well, here is Zac Even-Esh, Underground Strength Gym. We are going to give you a little tour of the gym, show you how I set it up, and believe it or not, I like everything in this gym, really came up on my two car garage so you do not need to own a gym to have this kind of set up. Most of these things are people’s backyards, basements, garage’s, and you know once you come in and see what we got, you will see what I mean. Nothing fancy so we are going to take a tour. Follow us inside. Arnel: Let us go! Zac: So actually let us go over this way. We will take you to the free stuff first, because you do not want to spend any money on stuff. So you can see here, we got a lot of tractor tires, ranging from 150 pounds, 600 pounds, and these are from 300 to 400 pounds. This stuff is free where you could pick up a tire yards, you just do a Google search for tire yard in your area, and they will give them to you. Then we get to use some of our most powerful yet simplest tools, these are just dragon sledge. Now you could see these are well different from spare parts and you guys can probably find the welder of Craigslist. Arnel: So how much was this to actually have it? Zac: Some a little like this could run your probably just say a hundred bucks, maybe fifty bucks. You could get scrap metal from a scrap metal yard and just see if somebody work in there would want extra cash on the side. They will welder together or you did not have to do that. You get a small tire, a small tire that is about this size and then you could turn at to each other. Arnel: Right, yes. Zac: So very easy to make your own stuff. This stuff was all welded. You know, nothing in this gym or probably 90 % of it is used or has been made from like some sort of hardware. Arnel: Yes, keep it down. Keep them. Zac: Absolutely! So sledge tires, real simple stuff, and let us take a walk inside. You will see some of the other real simple stuff here. Now over here you will see we got a stone, right? These things you find maybe out on like public parks, things like that. Depending if I mean, if you are in the city, get to the public part. These stones could be used like barbells, squatting, pressing, rowing, carrying, you name it. I mean the thing is so simply and totally overloading. In centuries and centuries ago, stone lifting was like some big competitions, and it will sometimes part of culture in like certain areas and I will tell you what, usually that the countries overseas are big on strength and stone lifting of various shapes and sizes. Like I have said, part of the culture, so that influenced. Arnel: All right, well I guess your body does not--I cannot if it is you know a hundred dollar weights or just free wrap that you pick up from the ground. Zac: Absolutely! Arnel: Where did you get this? Zac: This year we got an anvil and my favorite place to find equipment is of Craigslist. So, these things about 130 pounds. I mean, when I got it, it was all like dirty and had dirt on. All I did was hose it down. Let it dry off, and then I will just free paint it with black ink, now it is brand new and this is the another tool, carry’s, presses, cleaning presses, I mean the thing could literally be used like a barbell and this was a birthday gift, 260 pounds stone. Arnel: Wow! Zac: So that is usually not the kind of stone you want to start with. Those stones you got them made, but I think what we want to do is let show them the stuff you get from free or real cheap. So let us keep moving over here.
