Female: Sex really is an athletic event and some people are better at than another, just like any other athletic event, getting good at sex requires training.
Coach Kendra: Sex is always fun, but sex for someone who is really good at it can be amazing. Are you ready to be amazing? I am going to show you the exercises that will get your body in shape for incredible sex.
There are three things you need to be great at this, power, agility and endurance.
Kegels are the best exercise to help you build sexual power and they can be done by both men and women. The first step is to isolate the right muscle. The next time you are in the bathroom, try stopping and starting the flow of urine. The muscles you are contracting are the ones you need to focus on.
For women, strengthening these muscles gives you the ability to contract more tightly. For men, strengthening these muscles can give you increased stamina allowing you to maintain your erection for a longer time before you have an orgasm. This gives you a greater ability to satisfy your lover as well as the capability to ejaculate more powerfully. As a side note, it also enables you to shoot further if you have any use for that.
To strengthen these muscles, simple tighten and relax them over and over about 200 times a day. This exercise is known as the basic Kegel. Men can actually train with an advanced form of Kegel exercise and learn how to do something normally considered a uniquely female skill, have a multiple orgasms. When a man can regularly lift up his testicles with a Kegel, he can add resistance by draping a towel over the shaft of his erect penis and lifting slowly up and down. Eventually, this exercise may allow a man to orgasm without ejaculation and to reach multiple climaxes.
Strong abdominal muscles build up powerful core. It is your core muscles that allow you to be and more precise and skillful lover. Here are some ab exercises that will get your body in shape and give you great game in bed.

Female: Lay on the floor with your feet flat and knees bent. Take your hands behind your head and lift one leg straight towards the ceiling. Lower your leg one inch of the floor and hold it there. Remember to keep your lower abs tight. Lifting your shoulders off the ground with elbows out, lift your chin towards the ceiling for crunches.
Coach Kendra: Sex is about more than just core strength. You do not want the rest of your body letting you down at the wrong time. I am going to show you a quick exercise to help you build up the muscles you use the most when you are in a traditional sexual positions.

Female: Starting in the pushup position, place one hand about a foot ahead of the other and re-center your body forward. Holding your core tight, begin to lift and lower your hips slightly always returning to the original pushup position.
Coach Kendra: These exercises will help you get into the best sexual shape of your life. But remember, excellence is not just about training, it is also about putting that training into action. So, make sure that you are putting your new skills to good use and remember, if you do not see any immediate improvement, well, practice makes perfect.
