Secure the band with A door anchor like so
Place the anchor behind a door
You are now ready to go
Keep one foot forward, one foot back
Keep your back flat and abs tight
Press forward aligning your fists with your chest
Keep your feet about shoulder width apart
Bring the bands up and place it behind your neck
Squat down, keeping your knees behind your toes
Keep your chest high, back flat, abs tight
Attach band to top of a door
Hold the bands at the midway point
Using your back muscles, pull bands down to your sides
Keep one foot forward, one foot back
Bring the band up and behind your neck
Lunge down, leading with the back knee. Keep yourself in the middle
Keep your feet about shoulder width apart
Keep your arms extended but not locked
Raise the band using front of shoulders
Keep your elbows to your side
Curl from your biceps and squeeze
Keep your elbows to your side the whole time
Extends your arms and squeeze your triceps
Wear the band as if you are wearing sleeves
Crunch forward, squeezing your abs at the same time
Attach to door at chest height. Face the door and rotate from your core
Making sure that you are squeezing your abs with control
