This video is poorly titled. There is nothing here about treatment; some useless analogy about a water hose. It's closer to diagnoses, but it's not even decent as that. Very disappointed.

Hello, I fell and hurt my knee the other day and it caused a fluid build-up. I've had my knees drained in the past but not for a long time. What I'm worry about is that yesterday (I am on vacation in Ocean city Md. right now) while I was trying to enter my RV I had to bend my leg to get behind the driver seat. When I did this something let loose in my swollen knee. I felt something odd going on with my left thigh. What happened was the fluid build-up in my left knee let loose and went into my thigh area. I could see my knee going down. It went almost back to normal. The pain almost all went away. Did I break a lining of some sort or something? I feel ok today, but the swelling is starting to come back a bit. Will that fluid cause a infection in my thigh? thank you. Thanks for the video.

The video is interesting, but there are not specific instructions for relieving fluid build-up. How does one go about "finding a place of comfort" in the knee and then what do we do?

Appreciate your time and effort, Money is tight (even with the security of health insurance); and I do not see myself going to a doctor unless my problem gets worse. Healthy, 47 year old... Working on my knees in a crawl space with knee pads; and my knee slide off of a brick and I felt a small pinch in my knee... No big deal, kept working. Next day, small fluid build up to the left side of my knee (left leg), and no pain or bruising... I have been icing my knee, but the fluid is remaining; and again, no pain but the area of my knee remains slightly warmer to touch. Any options?! Thank you for your time, Loren Tino tinoloren@yahoo .com
