Alright, there is going to be a triangle from Butterfly Guard. Get the over hook and all I want to do is create some space. You can use sweep to set up a space or you can just simply meet your head on his head, just scoop your hips out and set it up.
So get the over hook deep right on the shoulder. You might keep your head in between his head and your arm and if there is striking involved you want to keep this wrist or you might keep this triceps close to you.
As soon either of his arm goes far away from you like he is going strike or you push it away with arm. You want to bring your foot around his biceps and fall back. And as you fall back bring your knee up. Very important. You don't want him to lock his knee up to your body, because then he is going to trap that. So if you're keeping your head and using his body away from you, you fall backward, create the space you need, step your leg over. Immediately grab your shin, try and lock it. Some of the you guys are going to be stopped right here. Just try lock it as tight as you can, hold the head down and press the arm over.
Now, I can shoot my arm between his legs and finish the triangle. One more time, push the armpit, or push the arm away, then fall back and just catch arm in the pit of elbow. Remember, this knee comes up, so I can put my front on his hip. Now leg comes over and catch the shin lock, I will pass the arm across, we might create your angle.
If your hips are too close to his like mine are right now, then I grab the shin. This is all because his arm is across my body. I am going to scoop my hips out like I am shrimping, create the angle if you want, lift the hips.
