Triple Play Pork Recipe

So whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner it’s all about getting back to the table and we come back to eat, so I’ll be telling you about our Triple Play Pork.

You start up with about three and a half pounds of pork, you marinade, and all you need is lemon zest, orange juice concentrate, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. You want to mix it up really well, spread over your pork, cube up some sweet potatoes, red union, cook at 350 for about 70 minutes, and boom you’re done.
