Jeff Thomas: A principle and interest loan is where every month you’re going to make a constant payment and a portion of that payment goes to pay the interest back to the lender and the next portion goes to pay principle. So it’s a constant payment for a certain term, so 30 years, 15 years, so you’re going to pay “X” number of dollars every single month and at the end of that term the loan will be repaid.
