Update Facebook from your iPhone using Vlingo
Michael Callahan: Hi, this is Mike Callahan, Dr. File Finder, and welcome to your butterscotch.com tutorial on how to update Facebook and Twitter using your voice on your iPhone with Vlingo.
Vlingo is available from the App Store, just go in the App Store, search for it, find it, download it, put it on your iPhone, then tap on the icon, you can tap on Social down on the bottom, you can see view Facebook or view Twitter in order to do that you have to enter your account information.
So we will do Facebook, here you would type in the information for your Facebook account to log in. Once you are in, you can see the updates for your friends, status updates, profile, inbox, you can see lots of information about all of your friends. Now, if you want to update your status that's easy to do too, and you can do with your voice.
You can see the blue dot on the left of Facebook and Twitter indicates whether it's active. So you can do one and not the other, or you could do one update and send it to both. You just press and speak, say Facebook, do your update, and then you are done. So that's all you have to do that's using Vlingo to update Facebook and Twitter, that's all there is to it.
