Use The Zoom In Zoom Out Method for The Most Empowering Perspective
Now, what it means to be zoomed in is that is you are engaged. You are interacting with the role. You are operating from this place of the ego, the identity. And, it is good to have a strong ego as a tool to operate in this world. But there are challenges and there are things in life that make shock you and cause pain, and this zoomed in not the most empowering perspective. You could spend years in therapy trying to operate from a zoomed in perspective and work out all of your problems.
So, it in times like those when you are really challenge when it is great and more empowering to zoom out and see things from a zoomed out perspective. And, one way to do that is to consider the temporariness of life. To consider death and the value of that perspective, and you could actually in a single day zoom in our zoom out, engage or detached, and it is really up to you in choosing what is the most empowering perspective based on your current experience in life and based on what you are experiencing in that moment.
