Francisco Bhujan: Hi this is Francisco Bhujan from vitalcoaching.com, we talking about waking up your power and the topic for this video is use energy techniques. If you have been watching some of my videos, you know that I use a lot's dynamic breathing techniques, alright, which is one energy techniques but you can have lot of things, you can go in the garden and do some jumps, you can do some dynamic breathing, you can also do some Martial Art techniques, whatever you do it's very important that you have at least one or two techniques in the day that you can go back to when you feel that you need an energy boost.
Very often you will have moments in the day which is going to be challenging, it might be a fight or argument with somebody, with the colleague and you need to have some form of technique to clear your mind when this happens and again go back to my channel, to my videos and check the videos on dynamic or energy breathing I think those ones -- those type of techniques are really very effective and also those Martial Art techniques which are aim that clarify in your mind. So why do you need an energy technique, well, again, because when you accumulate negative thoughts, negative emotions; those negative thoughts or emotions stay clattering your energy body, alright, you have your physical body, you have an your etheric or invisible body or energy body and then you have the level of your mind, thoughts, emotions, dreams, all that is healthy on the mind.
So, when you have a negative thought or a negative emotion, you know now through different freedom techniques EFT, you have different theories about all techniques that lead you to create a flow of energy in your system and remove blocked emotions or disturbances in your energy field. So, when you use an energy technique; for instance dynamic breathing what you are doing is that you are energizing back the etheric or energy flow in your body. You take for instance a tree, a tree would have a physical body and then it has the energy body, it's their life flows (ph) really which flows through it's system and if a tree gets sick; for instance if there is a sickness, most of times you can feel or you can track by the disturbance through a blockage on the energy system for you might be it's the same which function with the same kind of energy alignment and when there is a disturbance which could create pain on a physical body it would create maybe sicknesses coming in and it would create an emotional blockage.
So, what you want is to make sure that you have at least a couple of techniques that you can use to reharmonizes the flow of energy in your system and again the most powerful techniques that I use are inspired from Yoga and Martial Arts. I think that they are very, very effectively breath back into to harmony, your energy body. How goes it work? Well for instance I can show you if you want. You can introduce different ways of breathing but for instance I use one which is breathing through the mouth uniquely and it goes like that. And you go -- and it echoes like that look on that.
And you can do that while you jerk for instance, you do that maybe five, ten, twenty times and then you breath naturally and then you do it again. You can also do it with breathing in through your nose, breathing out through the mouth and it goes that, okay, you can do that ten times and do make it three sets of ten repetitions. So, you will notice that when you start doing that, alright you feel like you can get a little bit dizzy, that's okay, simply don't stretch it too much, you do it a few times and if you feel you get this when you stop, and learn to integrate this kind of techniques and you will notice that when you integrate these techniques in your daily life, it allows you to clear precisely your energy channels and stay within the clear mindsets all day long, okay, I hope this make sense, you take care and I will be back soon with more, take care, bye, bye.
