It's important that you know that female condoms won't hurt you, you just have to learn how to insert things properly. If you are not sure how to find the pelvic bone in your vagina by reaching inside, you need to go to a doctor to teach you how to place it properly. It's kind of like using a diaphragm, and then it won't slip around. It will not get lost in your body, and it will protect you and your partner from direct skin contact and from the semen being released in your vagina.
