Ceramic tiles are really talking on a lot house area. You are going to find it in shower stalls, around the tubs, in kitchens, laundry rooms, everywhere, but the common complaint, the grout. How do you keep the grout clean? Okay, here is why grout gets dirty. First of all, if you would look at the grout, it looks like a lot like this sponge. It has got a lot of this little holes and cracks and there are all these neat places for dirt, and grime and soap to hide, and that is exactly what the mildew eats and feeds on. Okay.
So, how do you stop that from happening? What you want to do is you want to buy some clear sealers that we use to make them out of a silicone. Now, we make them out of clear polymers and those sealers fill in those holes and crevices so that the food is just on the surface. Now, they keep your tile clean, you really will have mildew.
Now, here is the other problem. Once you get it, your tile sealed by using neat polymers. They come in little tubes of brushes and you squeeze it and the sealer flows run out the grout. Now, if you are done, you to have get the water out the shower off the tile every time you are finished. Use a squeegee, go ahead and leave your shower doors open. Leave your shower curtains open to get really good airflow so that the tile dries as rapidly as possible. Lalalalalala.
You know, sealing ceramic tile can be fun and fashionable especially if you are color coordinated like me.
