Using Your Arms in Belly Dancing

So the basic of belly dancing, what are they? Well, first of all it is very important to smile. If there is one thing that my teacher used to always emphasize is a nice beautiful smile. It makes the world of a difference and I can tell you from experience, okay.

Now, another thing that is important when you dance is your arms. Your arms should never be lower than your chest right. Nobody should ever have their arms lower unless they are doing the wave. Like the snaky wave at the bottom, other than that your arms should always be on top whatever movement you do you should always be from up, up, up all the way up your chest, right on top of your chest.

Other than that your knees it is important when you shake and when you do you know belly dance movements to bend your knee like that. If you bend it you have less chances of hurting your back and having back problems you know along the way. So these are the basic things that somebody has to remember when they are doing belly dancing. It makes the world of a different.

So smile, nice arms and to bend the knees.
