If you haven't been doing your training the way your coach has designed you to do the training, and if you have been sneaking a bag of Cheetos on a regular basis, that's going to produce some of the anxiety because you don't have the integrity of following the program and the race day anxiety is probably going to show up, because how you do anything is how you do everything. Or is it how you do everything is how you do anything? The matter is it's all the same.
Synchronicity brings about the desired synergistic effect, kind of speaks for itself, how to become one with? How to use the force?
It's a Dalai Lama question I am going to throw it out to you just to think about it. What's the difference between what brings you pleasure and what brings you happiness? So it's just something worth pondering.
Okay, the ability of visualizing use the force. Where you look is where you go, we know that. We will see another site for that slide, the ability to visualize and use the force. Natasha Badmann, sorry for the repetition who -- one ironman I think the first time ran a motorcycle Ford is running along a leaky drive and there is a cove right there with the waves crashing in and as she is running -- passes cove, she is doing this slowly like this, pulling it in like -- the tension in her hands. And when she passes the cove, she jets off. She was pulling the force of the waves crashing in into her, and she took off with a renewed power. And you are out there going, holy shit we are in bolder. Listen to this guy, try it. It works. It really works.
Another time, she had to get light. I said I imagine her feet were heavy, and she starts doing this, like she is flying. And all the sudden it was like there was no weight in her as she was having her footprint, she just looked lighter. And when she was done visualizing this, she ran not with the force that she did before, but with a light renewed energy. So woman has an incredible ability to visualize and use the forces around her.
I feel bad. Guess how you are going to perform? I am tired. The line was too big at the porter parties. I didn't get to do my 37th 03 pee or poop before the race. Oh, what's going to happen? You need all these things. I love watching you guys before race this is really humorous. Sorry, sorry.
By the way, I am going to make fun of you that way. I have nothing but incredible admiration for your dedication to do a sport that at the end of my two iron man on the motorcycle, and the hardest thing I had to do was stop and put on the sun tan lotion, stop and get more water, watch the elite female woman running bike. I was exhausted. I was exhausted. Now I am riding a motorcycle at slow speed. There is something to that. But still, it's not what you were doing. It's an incredible sport.
But what you feel is what's real. And you know what a feeling is? Not a rhetorical question.
