Welcome to legourmet.tv. Today we're going to make molten chocolate cake but for two, which will be fun.
So we're going to start with just putting our eggs and sugar together. You can use electric beater. I whisk it by my hand. Alright, so once they are nice light color, you need to add your chocolate which we've prepared, it's melted chocolate and butter. We prepare that earlier, more than I got, all sorts of things going on. I guess I make a bit of a mess. It's still little hot.
Remember, you want to temper your eggs, so you just want to add, weave it at time. Once it's been tempered, you can throw it all in. I am the queen of making a mess. So we want to add our flour, it's too late now, isn't it? Now we just want to sift in a little bit at a time, well, I am making a mess, aren't I today? Little bit at a time, I am not going to stir, I am just going to fold it in, put the rest of it from the bowl.
Now I've already prepared the ramekins; the butter and instead of flour we decided we would put some cocoa around the outside, which is always kind of fun when you are making something that's chocolate. Now that it's all nicely folded in, we're going to do our best, add half of it to one ramekin and half of it to the other; big of a mess can I make doing this.
It takes a little bit of practice, alright. I am going to just flip them on to baking sheet and they will go in the oven for about 12 minutes. Alright, so there we go, let's see if we can turn this out, we got a plate here. I always get a little bit nervous, there we go. Alright, and let's see how she looks, oh! look at that, ooey-gooey goodness.
Thanks for coming to legourmet.tv, I hope you really like it.
