Venezuelan Tuna Salad

Speaker: Venezuelan Tuna Salad. Ingredients, one big tuna can, two medium potatoes, two tomatoes, two little onion, one little lettuce, one fresh egg, a little bit of coriander.

Step one Peel and cut potatoes in cubes and boil 10 minutes, check out the temperature. Add egg to the boiling water and wait five minutes more, meanwhile slice the vegetables.

Step two Refresh the egg and the potatoes with cold water and let them get cold.

Step three Slice the egg, serve the ingredients nicely in a salad plate, put the hash of coriander on top. Add olive oil salt and pepper

This is usually served with rice. Now enjoy it.
