Welcome to Venice Beach guys, 90291 that's the zip code here. It is not 90210 like Beverly Hills, but it is a little bit different. Venice here as you can see has got a little bit of stuff for everybody here in Venice, whether you like play basketball, whether you like to skate; we got a skate park right over here or whether you want to bring your dog and walk your dog around. We got areas all for everyone all for every type of person. Venice has the life most diversely than Los Angeles. You got street vendors out here, you have got artists out here.
All and anything that you can possibly want; there are different T-shirts, to sunglasses to a bad a** restaurant, like we have, but do you know just as far as the activities for say it is a beautiful day look at this. Welcome to Southern California, 360 days of sunshine a year. That's what makes it the most best part of down LA. We love it out here; the weather is great, the women are fine and like I said you got a little bit of everything to do out here from skate board to biking, to racquetball, bring the kids out. We have got a playground right over here, the beach right over here; real famous spot called Breakwaters where all the local surfers hang out. It is right up over here about 25 steps from where we are right now, that little spot right over here; we have got a little restaurant side over here So it is cool around, let us just take a look and see what Venice has to offer for everybody.
Nathaniel: You got to love Venice beach man, Beautiful people, rollerblade having a good time with family, look at the waves hit the rocks in Venice beach. I came out here probably like ten years ago. I was pursuing acting, doing acting and modelling and all that stuff. This opportunity came up to me to open up a restaurant, so I actually I got opportunity in the best place to open up. It is the place where you are comfortable, it is a place where you find good people surrounding you, family, friends; actually I used to play ball, play basketball in these courts.
So, it is kind of ironic ended up buying a restaurant on here. So, there is a lot of thing around here that are not familiar with that I know. This is Venice beach flavor, this is where you get your bling bling Venice beach tower right here on the bare walk of Venice, look at that. This is sweet. I love the beach, this is nice place.
