Cellphones84.com here with our review of the Palm Centro from Verizon. This phone is a newer version of the older Palms like this, it is quite a bit smaller as you can see. It is a shorter, it is a little bit rounder, it is lighter so the form factor is definitely better. The only down side of the form factor is the keypad which is a little bit more cramped. But other than that, there are a lot of improvements to this phone and including the price like I said it is only $29.99 versus $99 from Verizon Direct. For $29.00, it is a spectacular entry level smart phone for somebody to get into.
And the thing that is really great about this phone is it is just so easy to use, I mean you could figure this thing out in a couple of days without ever cracking open the manual. Here is your home; you have got all your different things that you can go to with the button here or you can just tap on them go directly there, go back there. There is your dial or your calling screen there; you have got your calendar and your email there which has not been setup on this phone obviously.
But speaking of email you do get with the Verizon Wireless Sync capability which gives you full sinking with your outlook does come with a 1.3 megapixel camera so you can do video as well as photos there. One of the neat upgrade features on here is Google Maps, you can go to that, and you can go to anywhere you want like let us say Wrigley Field. But it is very nice to have that available right on your phone and it is an E-Video device which means it is 3G speeds so you are going to be able to get to the information you need to really quickly.
So once again the Palm Centro from Verizon Wireless available at cellphones84.com. Thanks for viewing.
