The Toh-Atin gallery is one of Durango Colorado’s premiere art galleries.

Jackson Clark: My name’s Jackson Clark and the owner of Toh-Atin gallery here if Durango. We specialize in native American art, primarily the crafts of the Navaho weaving, the Indian jewelry, the public pottery, the kachina dolls, that sorts of things but we also carry some south western paintings, sculptures. Anything that we ever lace to this part of this country but I like about Durango is that you can go into the landscapes around here and you go south, up here west, north, or any direction and there is beautiful landscapes and I find that most of the art is created by artist in this area. Blends in and uses the colors and motifs of those natural landscapes to create beautiful work.

Durango is building its reputation as the center for the arts. Toh-Atin gallery is one of many galleries in the downtown area.

Jackson Clark: I enjoy the Indian heritage because I feel like I’m on vacation all the time, so I think to people who are interested in a unique experience of summer weathers always have something to do in a beautiful landscapes and a great peaceful atmosphere with friendly folks. This is the place to visit.
